Delivery area
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Delivery outside the UK is not available at this time.
Shipping costs
Delivery within the UK is free. The product price shown, £95, is the total amount you pay on delivery.
Delivery time
Once your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer; we'll let you know if that happens.
Courier and tracking
Orders are shipped with a well-established courier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number by email.
Payment on delivery
Payment is made when the courier hands over your order, by cash or card. No upfront payment is required. More details in Payment.
Receiving your delivery
Please make sure the delivery address given is reachable at the delivery time. If a parcel can't be delivered, the courier will normally let you know about a redelivery attempt or a collection option.
