As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, although it isn't obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it's enough for you to send your communication about exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary cost of choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
As payment for your order is made on delivery, we won't hold any payment details for you; for the refund, we'll ask you for a bank account (sort code and account number, or IBAN) to transfer the amount to. This refund will not involve any additional fees.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what's necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
