Payment on delivery

We currently offer payment on delivery only. You pay the order total of £95 directly to the courier when your order arrives — by cash or card, depending on what the delivery driver has available.

No upfront payment

No advance payment is required. We don't charge any account or card before your order reaches you.

Prices

We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. All prices shown on our website are the total amount you pay — no extra shipping costs are charged within the UK.

How an order works

• You fill in the order form on our website.
• We get in touch by phone or email to confirm your order.
• Your order is dispatched; payment is made to the courier on delivery.

Non-acceptance of delivery

Please make sure the delivery can be accepted at the agreed time. If a confirmed order isn't accepted without good reason, we may charge you for any shipping and return costs this causes us.
